For a family of 4, we offer you a spacious, cosy and nicely decorated studio for vacation rentals in the famous Paris' Left Bank, near Denfert-Rochereau, the Catacombes and Montparnasse. The studio of 30 msq on the ground floor provides an independent and fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, shower and wc inside the studio.

Heating, run by electricity, is individual.

Fresh initial linens and towels are provided.

A comfortable double bed, a sofa-bed for two, TV, HiFi, DVD Player.

KITCHEN :

A refrigerator, a microwave, hot plates, a boiler, utensils and crockery.

BATHROOM :

Bathtub with shower, wc and basin.
